The activity below will help you expand the benefits of the virtual hug by using your newfound state of calm to gain some AMAZING SELF-CONFIDENCE!
Research shows that the frequency codes contained in the Virtual Hug:
– decrease states of anxiety
– restore biophotonic output (lifeforce)
– increase your ability to assimilate new information
This tool only takes 5 minutes a day and you will feel better than ever! Life is too short not to love yourself.
Instructions:
After watching the Virtual Hug every morning, take a couple of minutes in front of a mirror to recite these five cellular reformatting statements.
Look into your left eye deeply, and really feel the words as you say them. It is essential that you mean what you say, and don’t just rush through it.
Afterward, give yourself a big smile, and go get ’em!
